Chapter 9
Alone

My eyes fluttered open and I hurriedly jumped to my feet when I saw at least fifty to one-hundred dogs around me but my right back leg dissobeyed me to stay still and I soon laying flat on my stomatch again and I groaned. "Maaaraaa?? Drrooop?? Gaallaaaxyyy?! Were are you?!" I said, childish. I saw a worried looking Galaxy push through the crowd, Then Mara and Drop, side by side. "God child! You shouldn't go out on your own like that again!! you nearly gave me a heart attack!!" Galaxy snorted. I heard Drop laugh behind her. My vision blackout out for a few seconds when i saw Drop, When I saw him fighting Varg. I shudered. "I-I-Im s-s-sorry..." I said shakingly looking at he other dogs surronding me, they looked menecing. some had ears torn off, scars, some even walked with limps. I saw one that was blind in one eye, and another that had one eye torn out.
I looked back up To see Mara, her black coat shining on this wonderful day. I felt something touch the tip of my back paw and i yelped, there wasn't any pain, it just scared the crap out of me, but I jumped onto my feet and nearly ran into mara doing so. I whimpered as i felt the pain shot up my leg and sat down. I looked behind me to the untitled had brought some food back for me and accidently touched me. her eyes got big and she had droped the food, her tail went inbetween her legs, and her ears went back. I also saw some of the big males step forward towards her. and she kept the same to words over and over, tears streaming down her face. "im sorry.." she kept saying. "Whats Wrong? you don't have to be sorry for anything!" I said, confused. i heard low growl come from Drop. "Don't you dare harm her." Drop said, Maras face turned to horror when she relised why they had taken a step towards Untitled.
I felt my jaw drop and i imediantly jumped over to Untitled side. "She didn't do anything wrong, she just touched me, there is nothing wrong with just a simple touch. Vargs dead. " I spat "So you can just forget whatever rules he had." I growled. From the corner of my eye, I saw Untitled's face look a little confused, and then I saw her mouth the words "Thank you" to me and i nodded. I sat down again, the becoming unbearable. I also yawned. i heard some in the crownd laugh and i smiled shyly.
Then i remmebered Varg. "Varg... Wheres Varg??" I said looking around. I heard some snort, disgustied. I stood up and put leg off the ground so that there would be no weight on it. And since none would give me the answer I limped into the crowd, it felt akward to be only be walking on three of my legs. Most jumped out of my way. And i rollded my eyes that they would be so scared of a pup. "Tamat?" I heard a loveing voice say by me. "Father??!" i nearly screamed. And then I saw his face I saw that his eyes were filling with tears mine overflowed once I saw him. "Oh Father!!" i said nearly falling down running to him, still running on three legs. The tears overflowed in his eyes too and I burried my head into his leg. "Oh father...oh daddy." I said sobbing. "Tamat.....Oh My God, my dear Tamat.." I heard him whisper over and over again. I looked up at him. "Daddy, where does Vargs body lay?" I said sniffling. He didn't answer, I startedto get frustrated. "WHY WON'T ANYONE TELL ME??!! AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT CARES!!??" and I ran, this time using all my legs, all my power, ignoring that every time that I used my right back leg, I nearly fell when i used it. I ran to edge of the trees, wich took about thirty minutes since it was a really large meadow.
i sat for about another ten minutes to catch my breath, I was still a pup, and i soon got really tired, and i layed my head on my paws and fell fast asleep.

I woke with my vision clouded and tears streaming down my face. i coughed and shook my head, and sat up. I looked around to see that i was still in the same place. I felt a huge pain in my heart. "Did they not care enough about me to not came looking for me? Or is it because i just wanted to give a burial like all the others that died??" I said through chocked sobs. Galaxy?! I said out of desperation, hoping that at least she would care to at least talk to me. No answer. I wasn't expecting one. I felt more pain in my heart, my tears went out of my eyes. At last I howled. A howl of pain and misery. A howl that would start a long depression.
